Spring is right around the corner and we will be surrounded by flowers and their infinite beauty soon.

Rachel Ruysch was an early 18th century Dutch floral painter that was one of the only women artists that would be able to make a living by using her “God-given” talent.

Enjoy her lovely flowers and try to go to the Detroit Institute of Arts and enjoy her beautiful canvas in person (third floor, Dutch Golden Age gallery).

Happy Spring to all!!!!
